Hello World! Hello Baby-boomers!

Welcome to my blog. I am excited to share thoughts and encouragement about Temple Care; the journey of taking care of “all of you”. We are a house with rooms that need visitation and care. To spend all of our time exercising our body and neglecting our relationships makes us an unbalanced person. So it is with the other areas of who we are. Healthy living is embracing wellness in all of its forms. Wellness is more than eating fresh fruit; it is a lifestyle. Baby-boomers who embrace wellness understand that good health is more important than good times. Because we desire to minimize future health challenges, we should refuse to ignore or deny health risks currently facing us. Wellness cover the four dimensions of who we are: physically, spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. Balance is key! Life is short….. let’s live it fully. Let’s start this blog off with a thought provoking question. If you could change any one thing about yourself, what would it be? Now, what steps could you take to make it a reality? My personal goal was to reduce the amount of medication I was taking on a daily basis. I HAD to create a plan!
